Summary We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead Oracle Cloud ERP projects, focusing on Financials. This role involves managing project delivery end-to-end, including resource planning, financial tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication, while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly Financials, and can independently engage with clients and project leadership.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Delivery Management:Develop project plans, track delivery progress, manage budgets, and maintain project timelines.

Resource & Stakeholder Management:Allocate resources, oversee team performance, and keep all stakeholders informed through regular updates.

Risk & Issue Management:Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies; resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Financial Tracking:Monitor project profitability, ensuring delivery aligns with financial targets.

Functional, Technical & Deployment Oversight:Coordinate solution design, data conversion, integration & Report Development, Testing and deployment for successful implementation.

Client Engagement:Serve as the main client contact, conducting meetings and ensuring clear, effective communication throughout the project.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Oracle Cloud ERP:Deep understanding of Oracle Financials (General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Tax, Cash Management) for ERP implementation.

Delivery Management:Proficiency in managing solution scope, resources, budgets, and timelines, using tools like MS Project or JIRA.

Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with Integration, data migration, reporting (Oracle BI), Testing and deployment methodologies.

Education:CA/CMA/MBA Finance, 15 years full-time education is required
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials

Candidate having knowledge of Oracle EPM Suite like ARCS, PBCS and FCCS will be added advantage.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office
