Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Financial Solutions, including Oracle Cloud Financials, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Financials, and other related Oracle modules.
Provide expert advice on system design and architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with business processes.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design solutions that meet both business and technical requirements, while adhering to best practices in Oracle finance solutions.Client Interaction & Stakeholder Management
Engage with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand business needs, objectives, and requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions and ensure the design meets client expectations.
Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to clients on best practices, emerging trends, and Oracle solution capabilities.Implementation & Integration
Lead the implementation of Oracle Finance solutions, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Ensure successful integration of Oracle Financials with other enterprise systems such as ERP, HCM, SCM, and third-party applications.
Guide the development team to ensure proper configuration, testing, and deployment of financial applications.Technical Leadership & Best Practices
Provide mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise on Oracle Finance solutions and architecture best practices.
Stay up to date with the latest Oracle product offerings, industry trends, and technology advancements.
Ensure the application of Oracle development standards, methodologies, and quality assurance procedures across projects.Documentation & Training
Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to solution design, architecture, and deployment processes.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are able to effectively utilize the implemented Oracle Finance solution.Key Skills & Qualifications
Experienceo15+ years of experience in Oracle Finance solutions, including Oracle Cloud Financials, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and Oracle Fusion Financials.oStrong background in finance processes, accounting, financial reporting, and ERP solutions.oExperience with financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Intercompany (IC) and Procurement (PO).oDemonstrated expertise in solution architecture, design, and integration of Oracle finance systems.oProven experience in leading and delivering large-scale Oracle Financials implementations and transformations.
Technical SkillsoExpertise in Oracle Cloud Financials (OFC), Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and Oracle Fusion Financials architecture.oProficiency with Oracle integration tools, data migration techniques, and third-party integration.oStrong understanding of cloud-based ERP solutions, cloud-native architecture, and the Oracle cloud ecosystem.oKnowledge of Oracle database (Oracle DB) and familiarity with database performance tuning.oFamiliarity with Oracle development tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle WebLogic, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
