We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Responsibilities:

• Strong experience working in ECAD Promis.e tool and experience handling Promis.e user support

• Job monitoring


• Admin activities: access management, manage sessions, performance, alert configurations, audit compliance, apply product updates


• Interface maintenance: connectivity, modifications, data verifications post loading, address printing issues


• Work on reports and data extracts


• Test and deploy applications and systems


• Work on incidents, enhancements and development

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering


• Trained on VB/.NET framework, SQL Queries, Procedures / Functions, Powershell Scripts


• Trained on Mfg. Domain


• Good communication skills

ECAD-Promis.E Support/Admin

Location-Chennai

Shift timings: 8:00 AM IST to 11:00 PM IST (Rotational 2 shifts)
