Independently manage large or multiple projects in BFSI domain.
Experience in leading projects in waterfall, Agile, Iterative and hybrid project execution models
Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key senior stakeholders.
Provide domain expertise, showcase products and solutioning capability, handle and overcome client objections, especially for large and complex deals.
Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies - Sprint Planning, The Sprint, Daily Scrum, Sprint Demo/ Review and Sprint Retrospective
A good communicator with effective stakeholder management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Clear understanding of project life cycle
Skills to multitask between different projects.
Mentor team in agile practices
