Ruby on Rails Developer- Connect.in

We are seeking a skilled Ruby Developer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust Ruby applications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
Integrate data storage solutions, including MySQL and other relational databases.
Work with Ruby ORM frameworks (e.g., ActiveRecord, Sequel) to interact seamlessly with databases.
Utilize Jinja2 templating for dynamic content rendering and ensure smooth integration into the application stack.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs, devising effective solutions.
Implement scalable architectures while adhering to best practices for code quality, organization, and testing.
Create and maintain database schemas that support business processes.
Build and maintain automated testing platforms and unit tests.

Requirements

Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and common libraries (e.g., RSpec, Resque).
Strong knowledge of MySQL and experience with database design and optimization.
Expertise with Ruby ORM frameworks, including ActiveRecord or Sequel.
