We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. Required Skills:
Windwos server, IIS administration
Basic knowledge of AWS administration
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company
Provisioning systems and accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Basic knowledge on Database Administration
Understanding of Security and Networking Concepts and practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Review corporate IT network and security controls to come up with improvements regularly.
Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix, and document problems, and implement preventive measures.
Responsible for day-to-day administration of cloud servers and applications.
Install, configure, and maintain various types of hardware and software
Regular Server and System health check-ups.
Identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer networks and systems.
Maintaining the IT Assets.
Carefully learning metrics and monitoring the health or use of AWS resources on a full scale by leveraging Amazon CloudWatch.
Management of full AWS lifecycle, provisioning, security, and automation.
Responsible for publishing applications and maintaining release notes.
Administration of SVN repositories.
Management of disaster recovery and the creation of backups.
Partner with other engineers and architects to make sure the proposed designs meet both business and security requirements
