As a data engineer in Connected Insights, IGNITE, you will be part of a team of engineers responsible for the implementing data engineering services that will connect to data sources, perform data wrangling and enrichment on data sets to create and maintain data products


work within a fast-paced DevOps team to drive excellence and deliver robust solutions

partner with IT and Business Data teams to interpret project requirements
work alongside vendors to maximize technology performance and extract the best value for the organization
actively participate in Agile ceremonies, estimating requirements, and ensuring that all solutions delivered are stable, sustainable, and designed to be maintained by the team


oversee change management activities to ensure seamless service continuity and minimize potential disruptions
show a commitment to ongoing technical learning and development to stay current with industry advancements
follow industry best practices for deploying custom code and configurations, minimizing rework, and constantly seeking areas for optimization

Tech degree in Computer Science or related quantitative or analytical field


three years or more of experience building and delivering software using the Python programming language, exceptional ability in other programming languages will be considered
Experience in building the Data Pipeline for Structured, Semi-Structured data
Two to three years of demonstratable experience working with AWS
Two to three years of experienceworking with Kubernetes and container-based applications


Experience in working in Airflo glue, Spark based applications


Experience working in an Agile team
Experience in with Graph Database like Neo4j
Experience in design and develop SQL/NOSQL databases like MONGODB/DynamoDB
Experience with Snowflake
