Workato Integration Support Specialist Role Overview.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Workato Integration Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing L1 and L2 support , managing enhancements/projects , and ensuring seamless integrations through the Workato platform. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams using tools like Salesforce, Jira, and Monday.com.
Key Responsibilities
Support and Maintenance :
Provide L1 and L2 support for Workato integration workflows.
Address and resolve tickets using ManageEngine (Zoho) .
Respond to support requests via email, ad-hoc Slack messages , and other business channels.
Enhancements and Projects :
Work with business teams to identify and implement integration enhancements.
Manage project workflows and updates using Jira and Monday.com .
Hybrid Work Coordination :
Collaborate with teams onsite for 3 days at Gainsight Hyderabad office.
Maintain productivity and communication while working 2 days remotely.
Salesforce Integration Management :
Support Salesforce integration processes during 3 PM to 11 PM IST work timings.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related integration issues.
Continuous Improvement :
Analyze recurring issues and provide long-term solutions.
Ensure the stability and scalability of Workato workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Expertise :
Proficiency in Workato or similar integration platforms.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of ticketing systems like ManageEngine (Zoho) .
Project Management :
Familiarity with tools like Jira and Monday.com for managing enhancements/projects.
Communication :
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with business teams through various channels (email, Slack, etc.).
Work Style :
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing onsite and remote work effectively.
Availability for the specified work timings (3 PM to 11 PM IST).
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a similar role within a SaaS or integration-heavy environment.
