Specification / Skills / Experience

Possess strong accounting knowledge & Business understanding of Accounts Receivable (O2C)

• Responsible for the adequate execution of the Cash application activities undertaken on behalf of the client.
• Frontline for operational escalations management
• Sets forth the new process and team targets. Has an end-to-end vision of the overall O2C objectives and synergies between the team
• Identify continuous improvement and productivity improvement opportunities for Collections activities
• Operates as Subject Matter Expert for Credit and collections and associated processes
• Prepare Management Report and Business Analysis
• Produce Ad-Hoc Report
• Understand the business, its volatilities and the impact on organizational finances and services. Implements and advises on measures to mitigate these.
• Manage effective usage of resources in the service delivery.
• Proposes improvements to innovate and optimize effectiveness within the delivery, offering commercial benefit and operational efficiency.
• Provide encouragement, feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance!
• Set objectives to develop individual in line with assignment, service line targets and personal development needs.
• Delegate to others as required to achieve business goals.
• Defines the need for new resources within a business context..
• Team Handling Experience is must.

Primary Skills (Must have)

* Flexible to work in 24*7 shift including night shifts.

* Qualification BCOM/MCOM qualified resource with relevant experience into ecounts Receivable (O2C).
