We are a large company that has 30 years of experience in IT services with pan-India operations. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a suitable candidate with about 6-8 years of service coordination and project management.

The selected candidate will be based at Gujarat (Vadodara/ Ahmedabad) and will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of service delivery e.g. hardware maintenance, manpower support, handling escalations etc.

This is a project management role, responsible for delivering satisfactory services to our large

customers across India.

Role & responsibilities

• Would be responsible for end to end service delivery planning, execution and maintenance of services contract in the assigned territory of Gujarat state.
• Coordinate with company head office and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Customer service review as per contract SLA
• Manpower planning , allocation and branch team handling
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Ensure the Project expenses/commitments are within the budgets provided while meeting the delivery schedule.
• Coordinate with various functions for logistics and delivery of goods to site.
  Ensure implementation of safety and quality policy at customer site.
  Ensure 100% adherence to statutory requirements and its effective implementation.
• Lead, motivate and build team for efficiency and productivity for customer satisfaction
