Summary:As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications using the Enterprise Architecture Framework.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and protection.

Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure successful project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Experience in Retirement, Recordkeeping Industry / Domain

Must To Have Skills:Expertise in Enterprise Architecture Framework.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles.

Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additional Information:
