We are seeking an experienced Infra Ops Specialist with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Oracle Database Administration with Cloud knowledge as primary and Postgres Database Administration as a secondary skill set

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Manage and maintain Postgre AWS and Oracle Database environments to support business needs.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related issues to minimize downtime.

Implement and monitor security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable infrastructure solutions.

Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to enhance system efficiency.

Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in Finance and Accounting.

Lead efforts to automate routine tasks and improve operational workflows.

Monitor system performance and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.

Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices and new technologies.

Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Postgre AWS and Oracle Database Administration.

Demonstrate expertise in Finance and Accounting domain.

Have a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 9 years of relevant experience.

Show proficiency in managing hybrid work models and day shifts.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Maintain a proactive and detail-oriented approach to infrastructure management.

Certifications Required

AWS Certified Solutions Architect Oracle Certified Professional PostgreSQL Certification
