IT Helpdesk (Immediate Joiners only)- Connect.in

Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd. is looking out for Desktop support Engineers - IT helpdesk for it's Noida location.

Role & responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries
Provides technical support to users
Troubleshoots hardware and software issues
Provides instructions or directly sets up desktop hardware
Assists with installation of computer software and operating system updates
Records logs of rendered support

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar
Minimum 1 year of experience in desktop support or related field
In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and software systems (Troubleshooting, Active Directory, Printer installation & configuration, outlook configuration etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in computer operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Active Directory, LAN, Network.
