Overview We are seeking a proactive HR Executive/Recruiter to join our HR team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining HR records. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices, be familiar with various job portals, and possess excellent skills in MS Excel, Office and HR softwares. As an HR Executive/Recruiter, you will ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to creating an efficient and employee-friendly environment. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Staffing: - Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, - coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks. - Hiring and identifying and selecting qualified candidates for various positions. - Manage job portals and ensure up-to-date job postings. Onboarding and Offboarding: - Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including preparing offer letters, organizing orientations, and handling paperwork. - Conduct exit interviews and ensure proper offboarding processes are followed. Employee Relations: - Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll. - Assist in addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace issues in collaboration. Payroll and Benefits Administration: - Support the payroll process by gathering and verifying employee data such as attendance, leave, and overtime. - Assist in administering employee benefits, ensuring accurate and timely enrollment and management. HR Records: - Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, attendance, and performance evaluations. Performance Management: - Assist in coordinating performance reviews and maintaining performance-related documentation. - Track and follow up on employee development plans and training needs. General HR Support: - Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events. -Assist in HR reporting, data analysis, and preparing presentations for management. Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Mater Business Administration, or a related field. - 3-4 years of experience in HR or a related field. - Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. - Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, and others for recruitment. - Knowledge of attendance tracking and leave management.
