What you will be doing:
Develops high quality test strategy/plans, test cases and ensuing complete execution
Review analysis documents, and testing requirements, assess the impact on test plans and schedules
Defines, designs, and delivers all testing work, including Functional Testing, System Integration Testing
Perform regression, functional, integration, system testing
Regression, and support User Acceptance Testing (undertaken by subject matter experts situated within the business)
Organizes and maintains the test script library
Monitors, measures, control, and reports to management on test progress, product quality, test results, and test completion
Targets ‘Zero UAT defects’ that the delivered software application to the customer. Should be able to take responsibility and initiative in the job's decision-making and implementation phases. Collect information, analyze data, reach a result, and give the quality level of application based on objective quality metrics.
Participates in daily stand-up meetings, defect triage calls
Responsible for working with third party suppliers/clients for defect management
Leads the QA (Quality Assurance) activities of one or more projects
Provides leadership and guidance to the test team on best practices
Collaborates with team members. Works closely with analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure that the software application is delivered on time and meets the quality targets.
Supports tests manager to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
What we are looking for:
Experience about software Testing Concepts, STLC and SDLC
Experience on test planning, developing test strategy and quality reporting
Experience with methods, tools, and technology used in software testing
Has expertise and knowledge on black box test techniques
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and has expertise and knowledge on test case execution, test case preparation
Knowledge of SQL query language and scripting
Has practical knowledge of using developer tools (JavaScript Debug/Chrome/Firefox/etc...)
The ability to test Web Service APIs (REST/SOAP) using SoapUI/JMeter is a plus
Ability to search logs or crash reports to help isolate and identify the root cause of issues
Experience with automation testing is a plus
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated interpersonal and teambuilding skills, working with technical and non-technical individuals
Experience in Web and Mobile Functional Testing.
Fluent in writing and speaking English
