Key Responsibilities:

Facility Management:

• Oversee building maintenance and repairs
• Coordinate and conduct regular fire drills and safety inspections

Office Administration:

• Manage office supplies inventory and procurement
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and visas
• Supervise housekeeping and security personnel
• Organize and coordinate office events and meetings
• Liaise with government departments for official purposes
• Manage Cafeteria and Canteen

General Administration:

• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in administrative roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of office management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
