- Achieve maximum sales growth, profitability, and account penetration in the assigned territory, through effective selling of Natural Stones to existing and new clients
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business.
- Create and manage territory and account plans in the region, and regularly review progress of deliverables and revenue attainment.
- Maintain data on customer calls; provide (daily, weekly, semi-monthly, monthly) activity updates.
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to the proper business channel.
- Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups.
- Arrange product and service demonstrations for existing/potential customers, where appropriate and required. Assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Analyze the territory/market's potential and determine the value to the organization of existing and prospective customers.
- Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers-highlighting profile, share, and value opportunities.
- Plan and organize a personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory.
- Supply Management with verbal and written reports on customer needs, problems, and interests, as well as competitive activities and potential for new products/services.
- Participate in trade shows and conventions

Experience:- Previous work experience in sales in the Natural stone or marble industry

Key Performance Indicators:
- New sales growth
- Growth with existing customers - adding more services and capabilities with the same customer
- Satisfied external clients.
