Roles and Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and other networking channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical skills to identify the best-fit candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage recruitment databases and maintain detailed records of candidates and heir progress.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical talent for future hiring needs.
• Assist in organizing technical hiring events such as walk-in drives and hackathons.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to attract top talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Any graduate.
• 0-1 year of experience in technical recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skills in IT, software development, and engineering.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other ATS tools.
• Familiarity with interview techniques and technical assessment methods.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic requirements.

Salary: 8,000 - 12,000 per month, with a potential revision after 3 months.
