We are seeking a skilled and dedicated L2 Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to provide on-call support during US hours (IST 6 PM - 4 AM / EST 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM). The primary responsibility includes monitoring our dashboards, proactively identifying issues, and raising Jira tickets for incidents requiring further attention. The L2 Engineer will be responsible for addressing any issues that demand immediate attention due to their potential business impact.
