Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media strategy to reach more people.
• Work with the marketing team to create and schedule content.
• Work with content generation team to create engaging content for various social media platforms, such as LinkedIn.
• Write/ Rewrite captions and hashtags that are tailored to each platform.
• Stay up to date with new social media platforms and trends.
• Promote the content on as many platforms as possible to increase visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative and product, to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.

Requirements

• A keen interest in social media and its role in marketing and branding and familiar with how different social media platforms work.
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with social media management tools
• Familiarity with graphic design and content creation (preferred)

Internship Compensation

The compensation for the first 3 months shall be INR 5000 per month. Based on the performance, it shall be increased to INR 8000-10,000 per month for the final 3 months.

Post Internship

Post Successful completion of the internship program, based on the performance, the candidate shall be absorbed into the organization as a permanent employee as per industry standards.
