The EUC Team Lead will be responsible for leading the End User Computing team and overseeing various initiatives, including the rollout of Windows 11, network remediation efforts, and the management of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects GPOs, and MDM, SCCM, Intune and patching solutions. This role will ensure a seamless user experience, secure and efficient device management, and compliance with organizational standards.

Skills Required:

Proven experience in leading a EUC team.

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows 11 deployment and management.

Expertise in network remediation techniques and best practices.

Proficiency in Active Directory administration and GPO configuration.

Experience with Intune,SCCM,MDM and patch management solutions.

Solid understanding of O365,network and security principles.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
