This role will join the ServiceNow Platform team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in ServiceNow development and platform service management practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to our ServiceNow instances, ensuring seamless integration with systems and business processes. You will also be willing to teach Jr Developers and assist them when bumping into technical issues.

What You Will Do:
Perform day to day support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform including mid-servers and integration points
Work and communicate directly with end users or vendors
Review and provide ample feedback on documented business requirements to be able to fulfill acceptance criterias
Develop clear and concise technical and process documentations
Assist other Ecolab, internal and external to the platform team with technical issues or solutions for requirements
Manage the release process, including doing the deployment of items and following with the Ecolab Change Management process
Develop, install, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications with possible integration with other programs
Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, support users and build enhancements for applications built in the platform
Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality is being met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.
Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system software.
Ensure that the application and enhancements behave as designed by testing it for bugs and performance during all stages of the development process.
Assist project teams and vendors with efforts needed
Minimum Requirements:
ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
8 years IT work experience
Minimum 4 years of working experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with more than 1 product expertise such as HRSD, CSM, ITSM, SPM & ITOM
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML with hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting and development
Experience with Integrations with other systems
Experience working with vendors
Familiarity working in an Agile environment with focus in SCRUM methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective ServiceNow solutions
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
