Key Responsibility Areas:

• To generate maximum loan agreements via customer reach out and conversions
• To reach out to customers via calling/messaging/emails within defined time frame
• To answer customer questions accurately and offer assistance proactively
• To ensure correct information and loan T&C are communicated to the customer via call/ message/email.
• To update correct details on the defined tool/system and in defined TAT
• To be responsible for following credit policy norms while sharing T&C to the customer
• To maintain Daily MIS of the assigned leads with complete adherence to updates.
• To attend all training activities organized by the internal and LNOD team.

Desired Profile:

• Minimum Education Qualifications - Graduate preferably in Commerce or BBA
• Minimum 1 years of Sales experience preferably from Banking or Financial Org background.
• Good Communication Skills - English Spoken & Written
• Basic MS Office Skills including Word/Excel
