2 to 3 years (2 Years in a capacity of Sr. Team Leader & AM and above handling Tele-Collections South Reginal language) from 3rd party BPO or captive centres.

• Overseeing staff members and ensuring the accurate and timely invoicing of Customers
• Setting Payment Collection goals and targets for the departments
• Creating and Implementing a Strategy to improve the collection
• Should have experience on KPI like, Extraction, Resolution, Normalization
• Should Have knowledge on Skip Tracing
• Preparing Monthly MIS report on the Allocation analysis

Job Profile

• Ensure adherence to committed quality, accuracy & turnaround of the processes.
• Monitor key indicators that will help track and control process capabilities and ensure productivity enhancement.
• Lead & motivate the operations team to ensure their development through direct coaching/feedback wherever required and control attrition
• Ensuring there is appropriate and adequate training interventions so as to improve operating knowledge & other soft skills.
• Should handle a Team size of 15 to 30
• Client management and handling escalations
• Should be responsible for process attrition and shrinkage
• Should be responsible for achieving External and internal KPIs like Extraction, Resolution, Normalisation and hard-core collections
• Manpower handling

Knowledge and skills

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of banking services strategy and challenges
• Good knowledge on DRA compliances.
• Daily Run Rate tracking.
• Dialler management for better connectivity and productivity utilization
• To create robust dialler strategy.
• Should have knowledge on payment cycles.
• Should have knowledge on early buckets collections and late buckets collections and Recovery
• Should have knowledge on skip tracing.
• Excellent communication skills
