Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAS Data Management and DataFlux Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, integrating, and ensuring the quality of data within the organization using SAS Data Management and DataFlux tools. This role involves working closely with various departments to understand data requirements, design solutions, and implement processes that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and optimize ETL processes using SAS Data Management tools.
Integrate data from various sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Design and implement data models that support business requirements.
Utilize DataFlux to identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues.
Establish and enforce data quality rules and standards.
Monitor data quality metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with data stewards and business users to define data governance policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with data governance and data security policies.
Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data needs and provide technical solutions.
Provide training and support to users on SAS Data Management and DataFlux tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data integration and quality.
Document data management processes, data models, and data quality procedures.
Create and maintain reports on data quality and data management activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience working with SAS Data Management and DataFlux.
Proven experience in ETL processes, data integration, and data quality management.
Experience with data governance and data stewardship.
Proficiency in SAS Data Management Studio, SAS Data Integration Studio, and DataFlux.
Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and database management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with other data management tools and platforms.
Knowledge of SQL and database scripting.
Certification in SAS Data Management or DataFlux is a plus.
