Responsibility

Developing and maintaining all server-side network components

Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests

Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements

Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes

Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions

Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support

Documenting Nodejs processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports

Building interactive consumer data from multiple systems and RESTfully abstract to the UI through a Nodejs backend

Create APIs in NodeJS and work with third party APIs

Handle Application management, including ongoing support, bug fixes, patches, minimal enhancements code refactoring, etc,

Collaborate well with engineers, researchers, and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant and efficient systems

Write high quality, readable and testable code

Functional Knowledge

In depth knowledge of NodeJS and 3 years of implementation experience

Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks

Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3

Knowledge of ReactJS is an added advantage

Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude

Great organizational and time management skills

Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside of business hours

Knowledge about SPA

Comfortable with Agile development

Good knowledge of JavaScript core concepts

Good understanding of JSON and JavaScript objects

Sound understanding of Authentication and Authorization

Creating secure RESTful-based web services in XML and JSON, JavaScript, jQuery

Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes is an added advantage

Technical Knowledge

Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

Must have a good hands-on experience with these web development languages

Knowledge of CSS extension languages (Sass,Scss) is a plus

Proficiency in server-side programming with Nodejs and working with RDBMS databases

Experience in consuming REST APIs

Experience with ORM Programming Techniques

Experience with versioning tools like GIT

Experience of Typescript is an added advantage

Knowledge of caching levels and memory DBs
