Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled C/C++ Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-performance applications, optimizing code, and contributing to the design and architecture of new features. We welcome fresh graduates with strong foundational knowledge in C/C++ as well as experienced developers who have hands-on experience with real-time projects. Experience in the banking domain will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications using C and C++.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, designing, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Debug and resolve software issues to improve performance and reliability.
• For experienced candidates, lead design reviews, mentor junior developers, and take ownership of significant project segments.

Requirements:

For Freshers:

• Strong knowledge of C and C++ programming languages.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts.
• Knowledge of basic data structures and algorithms.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with software development best practices.

For Experienced Candidates (1-7 Years):

• Proven experience working on real-time projects (not in support roles).
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ with a focus on performance optimization.
• Knowledge of multi-threading, memory management, and OS-level interactions.
• Experience with banking domain projects is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge on Release Management and Configuration Management.
• Knowledge of server and network capabilities and configurations.
• Good understanding of software design patterns and architecture.
• Experience with debugging and performance tuning in complex applications.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
