Perform “As-Is” and Fit/Gap analyses to map

Salesforce offerings and capabilities to the client business needs

Work closely with technical architects to act

as the bridge between the business team and developer team

Present and lead sessions and requirement

workshops, based on Waterfall or Agile Delivery Methods

Has sufficient knowledge of the Salesforce

platform to make design decisions & propose solutions for

requirements based on industry & technology best

practices

Must be able to perform Salesforce configuration tasks

Understands and designs integrations of

Salesforce with other systems in the landscape

Define test cases and lead functional testing

to confirm that the solution performs as per the business requirements

Ability to create reports and dashboards to

visualise system data

Good understanding of the Salesforce data

model and the ability to support data migration activities

Coordinate releases and post Go-Live materials

Salesforce Certified Administrator

certification is a must

Other consultant level certifications are a bonus

Experience in at least one modelling and

diagrammatic tool like Microsoft Visio or Lucid chart

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and

development support tools like Jira/Trello/Azure DevOps

Good communication and interpersonal skills
