Screening candidates based on the pre-screening question received from hiring manager and scheduling candidates for face to face or for virtual rounds ensuring high attendance/conversion rate.
Run mass texting and email campaigns for various follow up and scheduling purposes.
Perform background check and reference checks.
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews and handling offers to the candidates.
Handle candidate queries related to job requirements and interview scheduling. Conduct candidate engagement, notifying new hires on next steps or outstanding items.
Arrange introductions between new hires and operation managers.
Meet weekly requirements related to calls and emails. Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to assess candidate pipeline/onboarding status.
