We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is a graduate with prior working experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities.
This role will focus primarily on data management and report preparation, supporting our trading team and adapting to an evolving list of tasks over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare various reports using Excel, consolidating data from multiple sources.
Utilize advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Index-Match, Data Mining, Pivot Tables, and other formulas for efficient data analysis.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports to support decision-making within the trading team.
Work with ERP systems to extract and manage operational data.
Able to do a client communication
Collaborate with team members to fulfill ad hoc reporting and operational tasks as required.

Shift Time: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST

Working Days: 5 days

Weekend: Saturday and Sunday or Friday and Sunday .
