We are seeking an experienced Brand Strategist with expertise in crafting impactful brand strategies for the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of managing social media accounts for domestic clients, a deep understanding of market dynamics in India, and the ability to independently handle multiple brands. This role involves leading the development and execution of strategies that drive engagement, visibility, and growth, with a primary focus on the Indian audience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies tailored to the Indian market
Oversee social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others, ensuring consistent and engaging content
Create and manage content calendars aligned with broader brand and marketing objectives
Lead and oversee social media campaigns, increasing reach, engagement, and brand loyalty within the domestic market
Conduct market research and analyze trends specific to the Indian audience to inform strategic direction
Collaborate with clients to understand their branding needs, translating them into actionable strategies and managing expectations
Enhance and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and marketing materials
Analyze social media performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements for future campaigns
Work closely with designers and content creators to produce visually compelling and relevant content
Stay updated on the latest social media trends and market insights, implementing best practices
Manage client communications, ensuring strong relationships and the successful delivery of results-driven campaigns

5+ years of experience in brand strategy, social media management, and marketing with a proven focus on the Indian market
A strong portfolio showcasing the ability to independently manage brands across various social media platforms
Expertise in brand development, content strategy, and social media marketing with a data-driven approach
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies that increase engagement and brand awareness
Strong communication and client management skills, capable of leading client meetings and delivering presentations
Proficiency with social media platforms and tools for analytics, performance tracking, and scheduling
Ability to manage branding initiatives independently from strategy through execution, focusing on results in the domestic market
