Job Title: Technical Training Specialist (India)

Location: Vad odara, India (In Office)

Shift timing: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST (12 PM to 9 PM to be considered at a later date)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Training Specialist to join our team in India. This role will primarily focus on delivering and coordinating technical courses and local training initiatives, while also supporting global program rollouts and event planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery and Coordination (70% of time):

Design, develop, and deliver technical training courses for developers and IT professionals

Assess training needs and create comprehensive learning plans for various technical domains

Coordinate and facilitate India-specific local training programs

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve content and delivery methods

Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into training materials

Provide mentoring and support to trainees before, during, and after training sessions

Track and report on training program attendance, completion rates, and success metrics

Global Program Support and Event Planning (30% of time):

Assist in the rollout of global training initiatives within the Indian context

Conduct vendor research and evaluation for potential training partnerships

Develop and distribute communications to team members regarding training opportunities and updates

Plan and execute training-related events, including workshops, seminars, and tech talks

Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment of training objectives and methodologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related technical field from a recognized Indian university

• 5+ years of experience in technical training or learning and development roles within the IT sector

• Proven track record in developing and delivering technical training programs

• Strong understanding of software development, programming languages, and emerging technologies

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization

• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional Indian languages is a plus

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in various programming languages and software development tools

• Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning platforms

• Familiarity with Indian IT industry trends and practices

Preferred Skills:

• Technical certifications in relevant areas (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, CCNA)

• Experience with virtual training delivery and webinar facilitation

• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS)

• Basic understanding of project management principles

• Familiarity with event planning and coordination

• Proficiency in Workday or similar HR management systems
