Technical Experience :Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in SAP Service cloud in implementation or support projects; Experience Scoping Finetuning activities, Workflow, Approval Management, SLAs, Service Entitlements, Contracts, Channel configuration, Service Structure and Access User Management; Configuration knowledge for SAP Service Cloud for different scenarios, Industry scoping knowledge will be added advantage; Functional knowledge in integration between SAP Service Cloud and other SAP Systems like S/4 HANA
