Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.
Perform bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Inventory management and tracking.
Generate Sales Invoice
Mapping payment with open bills and invoices.
Prepare and process US payroll.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Provide GL information to customers as and when required.
Responsible for the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of financial information.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience with proven track record of working in the Finance function for a service delivery organization (preferably accounting outsourcing firm) with large scale operational setup.
Hands-on experience in various accounting tools - QuickBooks, Xero, ZOHO, ADP, GUSTO etc
Experience handling mid-sized US clients and understanding of US accounting standards are mandatory.
High proficiency in MS Office.
High motivation and enthusiasm to learn.
Experience of working in a startup service center organization will be a plus.
Communicate effectively with US clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills is must.
US Shift working - with some stretch during peak days.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ensure closing deadlines are met and free from any integrity issues.
Ensures timely completion/ adherence to all applicable legal/statutory audit
requirements.
