Job description Role & responsibilities Generate baseline forecast for touch SKUs Ensure the models in the tool are refreshed regularly and produce optimal results (improve demand planning algorithms) Experience in Short Term and Mid Term Planning. Good understanding of planning methodologies like heuristics, optimization etc. Deep expertise understanding of analyzing planning result output and scenario planning. Good Experience in Forecasting, S&OP, Forecast Analysis, Baseline creation Hands on experience in Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Promotional SKU analysis, RCA, Customer handling. Strong background in production planning, distribution planning, and global requirements planning process. Experience in warehouse management. Preferred candidate profile Experience in ERP (preferrable Kinaxis) Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills.
