JOB DESCRIPTION Designation: Associate Eligibility: Any Fresher/Experience can apply. Any undergraduate/Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate (except LLB) can apply. Currently pursuing from regular university are not eligible. Must have good communication skills. Must be comfortable with working in night shifts (24/7). Must be an immediate joiner. Must be comfortable with Voice process. Must be comfortable with WORK FROM OFFICE. Roles and Responsibility: Resolving customer queries. Handling Customer information with Integrity and Sensitivity. Ability to learn and apply detailed procedures Answering questions from customers about the features and capabilities of our Products Handle complaints and objections effectively should try to resolve the same without escalation Quickly and accurately performing multi-tasks like talking, listening, documenting information, seeking information and problem solving Probing and discovering customers needs and understand customer view point Transfer incorrect customer contact to the correct department Perks and Benefits: One way pick up or drop will be provided.
