Role & responsibilities : handling inbound and outbound calls, making reports, maintaining KPI, customer satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile : 1. Should have strong English verbal and communication skills 2. Should hold B2 level English proficiency 3. Should be a graduate with all the original documents in place. 4. Should have all the government id proofs (Aadhar, PAN and Voter) in place. 5. Should be comfortable with working in WFO mode. 6. Should be comfortable with working in Night shift 7. Should be an immediate joiner 8. Should stay within the cab boundary of 25 kms from Wipro salt lake sector Compensation details: Interested candidates are welcome.
