Job Role: Human Resources -Processor Role & responsibilities: 1. Responsible for all recruitment related activities. 2. Conducting HR interviews - region 3. Addressing HRIC / appointment letter requests received on a daily basis 4. Informing respective mentors of the discrepancies and guiding them to cure FTNR. 5. Discrepancy resolution with the SM / RSM and Central Ops team. 6. Addressing mails and queries of mentors pertaining to recruitment. 7. Sending recruitment FTNR - MIS on a daily basis and preparing other various MIS related to HR Operations. 8. Support / Co-ordination with SM, in completion of employee joining formalities Pan India. 9. Handle Projects basis new initiatives as assigned from time to time. 10. Complete Recruitment life cycle management 11. Following up with business for HRIC 12. Coordination with the Business 13. Query/ HRIC Discrepancy resolution 14. MIS/ Reports Desired candidate profile 1. Graduation Mandatory 2. Good verbal and written communication. 3. Good knowledge of excel. 4. Timeliness and adherence to deadlines. 5. Customer service orientation 6.
