Description

This position plays a crucial role in elevating the value of IT Business Solutions Delivery (BSD) initiatives by utilizing the Microsoft platform and its suite of products to develop Power Apps applications, Power Automate workflows, and other content.
Development will encompass a wide range of Microsoft technologies, including integration, automation, analytics, extensibility, and AI applications.
This role aligns with the overall business plan by leveraging Microsoft technology to drive innovation and enhance the capabilities of BSD initiatives.

Position Summary

This position is a key component of the Microsoft platform, providing essential capabilities to drive innovation and enhance the platform's functionality.
By utilizing the power of Power Apps and Power Automate, this role plays a crucial part in the development of applications and workflows that elevate the value of the platform.

Essential Duties

Learn, understand, and practice Koch's Principle Based Management framework.
Develop and maintain applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance the capabilities of the platform
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Microsoft platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Provide technical expertise and support to other team members
Participate in the planning and implementation of new projects and initiatives
Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Knowledge of application development and workflow automation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor s / Master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience with the Microsoft platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful applications and workflows
Strong team participation and project management skills
Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive innovation
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
Familiarity with Jira and agile development methodologies
