We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 13 to 16 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Selenium, Advanced JavaScript, Jira, API, Python, and Robotics Process Automation Tool, specifically Robot Framework. This role is hybrid, with day shifts and no travel required. Experience in Data Models, Research and Development, and Medical Devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• - Lead the testing efforts for various projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• - Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
• - Provide technical expertise in Selenium, Advanced JavaScript, Jira, API, Python, and Robot Framework.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Robotics Process Automation tools.
• - Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify and resolve defects.
• - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
• - Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and overall quality metrics.
• - Mentor and guide junior team members in testing methodologies and tools.
• - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• - Work closely with developers to understand application functionality and design.
• - Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance testing efficiency.
• - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements. -
