Estimate the Regional (Bangalore ) market potential for low voltage motors [LVM] from bottom-up data from field [customers] and market intelligence.
Drive aggressive business growth target for Low Voltage Motors in Region ensuring continual improvement in market share.
Closely track competitor activities and take relevant actions for staying continually ahead of competition.
Periodic review status of business in coordination with team and Head Office
People:
Lead, engage, develop, and motivate team to deliver their best with a sense of belonging and ownership.
Map the sales force resources for optimum customer touch times and effective customer engagement and satisfaction.
Review and plan competence development of sales resources for driving value and consultative selling.
Review sales resource performance and take relevant actions for performance and productivity improvements.
Track and optimize selling cost.
Customers:
Build strong CRM with top high potential / business customers of region.
Drive product promotion initiatives through in-plant customers seminars, exhibitions, other initiatives in coordination with channel partners, etc
Ensure effective after sales service.
Identify / maximize Sales Opportunities and increase customer retention & conversion rates
Enhance Net Promotor Score by enhancing overall satisfaction of customers.
Channel Partners:
Optimize quality and count of channel partners as per geographical and business needs.
Enhance effectiveness of channel partners by engaging them in competence enhancement and promotional events
Monitor Channel Partners business performance and take corrective actions.
How do you qualify for the role?
Candidate with an Engineering degree with 15+ years of experience. An additional Management background would be an advantage.
Should have managed a Team / People manager responsibility
Exceptional Networking, Communication and Presentation skills desired.
He / She will need to be passionate about bringing technology to market and will need to be comfortable discussing technology at CXO Level.
