Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email and Social Media Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns and social media strategies to engage our audience, drive brand awareness, and increase customer conversions. You will work closely with the content and design teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Email Campaigns:
Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, drip campaigns, and lifecycle emails, with a focus on segmentation and personalization.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging email copy, ensuring that emails are on-brand and aligned with marketing goals.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance, including subject lines, content layout, and calls-to-action.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor email campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
List Management: Maintain and segment email lists to ensure proper targeting, compliance with email marketing laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and overall email deliverability.
Automation: Set up and manage automated email workflows to nurture leads and enhance the customer journey.
Social Media Campaigns:
Strategy Development: Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Content Creation: Work with the design and content teams to create engaging and shareable content, including images, videos, infographics, and posts that align with overall marketing goals.
Community Management: Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement rates, followers growth, reach, conversions) and adjust campaigns accordingly to meet KPIs.
Ad Management: Manage paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and budget allocation to optimize results.
Proven experience (2-4 years) in running email and social media marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to optimize campaign performance.
Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for audience engagement.
Ability to interpret data and create actionable marketing strategies based on insights from analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Knowledge of email marketing laws and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Social media performance: Engagement rates, follower growth, reach, and conversions.
Lead generation: Ability to drive customer acquisition and conversion through email and social media campaigns.
ROI on campaigns: Demonstrated improvement in key performance metrics and campaign ROI.
