Project Creation Maintenance- This role will involve creating projects for Core, project modification requests, manage business case templates and reporting activities for month end.
Interaction with Project Managers, finance business partners cross functional teams in order to complete the assigned tasks.
To look after end to end view of the FPA processes and their impact on business results, leading change where required to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
It will assist the Central Reporting Manager in preparing issuing key central reports for Capex and Operating Cost.
This role is critical to ensure that reporting is accurate, timely and brings value add insight.
What will you do
Drive "Project creation" process for internal and external projects to ensure efficient processing of requests in a timely manner and with utmost satisfaction
Timely resolution on project modification queries quickly and efficiently to requestors
Resolving Business Case template related issues and update Business Case excel templates as per new Org structure, CAM and latest MCOA
Assisting PMs in day-to-day project functioning like PO raising, time-booking etc.
Handling queries raised by requestors / Project Managers on project spent, etc.
Assist the Central Reporting Manager in preparing issuing key central reports for Capex and Operating Cost
Proper UATs for any project related enhancements/modifications.
Handling PWC Audit queries efficiently without any observation and providing necessary information.
What we are looking for
3-4 yrs of exp in finance accounting
Candidate should have good skill on Excel, SAP and BPC system applications
