Handle secretarial and administrative tasks of the legal department
Tracker updation and sharepath, webpages, templates updation
Manage calendars for Legal team
Vendor Management
Contract Management- Contract repository- Follow up, closure and filling of contracts.
Provide clarification as the first point of reference to business functions on legal compliance requirements, internal processes and pre-contract due diligence, contract/document drafting and review, and related issues
Work alongside other functions and departments to provide accurate and timely advice on various legal requirements

Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of Corporate experience with exposure to International law.
Excellent knowledge of corporate law and procedure
Excellent legal drafting and communications skills
Proficiency in English
Knowledge on advanced Excel, Word and ppt
Skillset
Time management and prioritization skills, managing deadlines to meet stakeholders expectations
Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations, facts and information
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with effective communication at all levels of the organization and the ability to maintain strong relationships within various functions
Qualification
Any Law Degree – Bachelor or Master’s in law or LLB/LLM
