Job Summary -

We are looking for a skilled Network Resource and with ability to effectively manage relationships with other infrastructure teams, application teams, stakeholders, business, and customer representatives. The Job also involves taking care of Storage and backup activities and requires basic Storage & Backup admin skills .

Years of experience needed - 1-2 Years

Technical Skills:

Responsible for Network uptime and Security.

Taking care of down calls resolution under SLA

Maintain 100% of network availability on daily basis.

ISP and PRI Vendor Coordination and Management.

Responsible for diagnosing, documenting, and resolving Hardware related issues.

Knowledge on TCP/IP protocol,

Basic system troubleshooting skills and proficient with configuration of system.

Document, track and respond to requests for service and reported problems through the ticketing system.

Maintain complete technical documentation.

Monitoring network performance, protecting network data, management, and optimization.

As an TSM Backup Admin, you are responsible to provide technical support with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance.

Working knowledge in TSM Administrator v6.x, v7.x and V8.1.x Installation, Configuration and upgradation administration on Windows, UNIX and Linux environments.

Admins are responsible for all care for their assigned infrastructure.

Create and update documentation including daily backup reports.

Regular activities include performing daily ticket queue monitoring, ticket assignment, solving client backup failures and restore requests.

The job also requires collaboration with the other teams like Server, Network, Storage etc.

Qualification:

Bachelor s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems and /or equivalent formal training or work experience.

Must have excellent communication skills, flexibility to and run the show as an SME and guide the team

Certifications Needed:

CCNA Certification preferred.
