Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Excel-based tools
  using VBA and macros to automate repetitive tasks, reports, and processes.
  
• Collaborate with various departments to
  understand their data processing and reporting needs.
  
• Design, test, and debug custom macros and
  VBA applications for automation.
  
• Optimize existing Excel macros for
  performance and usability.
  
• Integrate Excel VBA solutions with other
  business systems, databases, or applications.
  
• Provide technical support and training
  for users on VBA-enabled tools.
  
• Document code, processes, and user guides
  for implemented solutions.
  
• Regularly update and maintain existing
  Excel tools to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
  
• Perform troubleshooting and issue
  resolution related to VBA code or Excel functionality.
  
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and
  consistency within the automated processes.
  

  
  

  Required Skills and Qualifications:
  

  • Education: Bachelordegree in computer
    science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    

    
    

    Experience:
    

    • Proven experience in Excel VBA and macro
      development (minimum 5+ years).
      
    • Strong knowledge of Excel formulas, pivot
      tables, and advanced Excel functions.
      
    • Experience with automation, data
      manipulation, and reporting tools.
      
    • Ability to create complex macros and
      develop user-friendly solutions.
      

      
      

      Technical Skills:
      

      • Proficiency in Visual Basic for
        Applications (VBA).
        
      • Familiarity with Excelbuilt-in
        functions, formulas, and charts.
        
      • Experience with Excel data validation,
        error handling, and optimization techniques.
        
      • Knowledge of other programming languages
        or tools such as SQL, Python, or Power Query is a plus.
        
      • Experience with API integrations or
        connecting Excel to external databases (preferred).
        
      • Other Skills:
        
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving

      • Ability to work independently and manage
        multiple projects simultaneously.
