The role requires to handle customer service queries / Technical queries through calls while delivering Excellent feedback

• Should have excellent communication Skills
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Responds to customer queries by understanding the enquiry.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Should have Empathy and take responsibility
• Should be comfortable to work in complete Night Shift
• Should be comfortable to work from Office.
• Should be comfortable to take Inbound customer calls (Approx 30-40 Calls per day).
• Experience in any customer service/Technical Service desk.
