A two-wheeler that accumulated Rs 1.61 lakh in fines for 311 traffic violations has been seized by Bengaluru Traffic Police. Despite numerous notices, the fines remained unpaid until the vehicle was flagged on social media. Legal action is now being taken against the owner.
