A UP police constable from Amroha was killed when a banned Chinese manjha kite string slit his throat while he was riding a bike in Shahjahanpur. Despite wearing a helmet, the string quickly entangled around his neck, causing a fatal deep wound. Authorities are investigating the incident and have sent the body for autopsy.
