Delhi residents can now use their BS-III petrol and BS-IV diesel vehicles after restrictions were lifted on January 5, following an improvement in air quality. The measures, part of GRAP Stage 3, target vehicular emissions, including certain private vehicles and non-essential diesel-operated medium goods vehicles, to curb pollution levels.
